Minimum opening order: $150.00
Minimum is $75.00 for just greeting cards
Minimum reorder: $75.00
(excluding shipping charges)
Initial orders must be prepaid before items are shipped out. Reorders must be paid for within 30 days of the invoice date. A 10% late fee will be applied per month on all overdue accounts.
I accept payment via credit card (Visa, MC, Amex), PayPal, checks or money order. Shipping charges, custom duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Make checks payable to: Rachel Beyer.
Please allow up to one week for your order to be shipped (I do my best to ship them out as soon as possible, usually within three days). Standard UPS ground rates along with a shipping and handling charge will be added to the subtotal. Orders are shipped from Portland, Oregon.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are not accepted unless items arrived damaged and are reported within 10 days of delivery, in which case a replacement will be provided.
Exchanges can be requested on any item within thirty days of delivery. All exchanges must be preapproved, so be sure to email me if you would like to make an exchange.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs when returning the item.
Custom orders are always welcome. Feel free to contact me with your ideas.
At this time I accept consignment orders in Portland, Oregon only. Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with your store name, address, and which items you are interested in consigning.
How To Place An Order
Be sure to take a look at my current wholesale catalog for the latest products and pricing information. If you have read and accept the above terms and would like to start a wholesale account, please submit a wholesale application. Once approved (you will hear back from me within 3 business days), orders can be placed by completing an order form. Both the completed wholesale application and order form can be scanned and emailed to email@example.com.
